He is very dedicated and hardworking person and has an experience of 30 years in the field of NBFC business. Mr. Ramchandra D. Raghoji is the founder of Biradev Finance, one of the largest NBFC's of North Karnataka and has around 400 plus employess working under him.
He is also running an educational institution in the name of Shri Damodar Raghoji Memorial School. (Affiliated to CBSE New Delhi, Affiliation No. 831093) and Shri Damodar Raghoji PU College of Science & Commerce, Kalaburagi. Around 90 employees are working in Shri Damodar Raghoji Educational Institution. He has plans of expanding more in the near future and has an intention of giving employment to many more people.
He has opened the institution in 2017 under his Father's name with a purpose to provide education to all the childrens at affordable fees and with an intention to uplift the Society.
